After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Vienna Locksmith Service to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. I chose Vienna Locksmith Service based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. Didn’t really a think a locksmith could get it done, but to my surprise, Eric managed to make a new transponder key that worked flawlessly! What’s more, he got the job done at a much lesser price and handed out the new keys in under an hour. The last time I got a replacement from a car dealer, it cost me a whopping $300 and I had to wait over a week for the keys. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did!
