Hired a locksmith from Falls Church Locksmith Service. A neighbor recommended them highly and passed on their number 703-640-3549 to me. Since I was new to Falls Church, I didn’t know anyone else and called them up without thinking twice. Very reliable, on time, and knows what to do. Got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Back where I come from, locksmiths would take hours to respond and an even longer time to get the job done. Will I hire them again? Yes. I’ve found my go-to locksmith. Highly recommend them to all!

Kobbi called me back that morning and despite it being the friday before Labor Day, said that he would stop by on his way out of town. While waiting for Jay I'd run into a neighbor who'd told me his sob story about how this had just happened to him and he had to pay something like $120, but even though my door had some crazy security bar on it, Kobbi managed to get it open and for only $50! I'm so grateful - it was quick and painless and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves locked out. Lifesaver.

If I had to sum up my experience with Falls Church Locksmith Service in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Falls Church Locksmith Service on 703-640-3549 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. Heard that the home next to mine got burgled and the news alone was enough to send out a wave of paranioa – what if mine was next? I had no idea how my locks would hold up against intruders and decided that it was time for a security overhaul! The burglary had left me unsettled and I didn’t want to wait until morning to reestablish my sense of security. The guys at Falls Church Locksmith Service were so understanding! They didn’t even question me as to why I needed their service at such an odd-hour! Within ten minutes, Dave got there and started scrutinizing every aspect of my home security! Within the next few hours, he made two lock replacements, installed a smart lock, set up new locks on the windows and fixed up three faulty locks. As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Falls Church Locksmith Service to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Happy with their service, I called them up again on 703-640-3549 of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. You should definitely try them out. Easily the best in Falls Church, VA!!
