He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. It felt great working with someone who was friendly and didn't try to cheap us out of our money!

Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Provo Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Provo, UT --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

I couldn’t be more indebted to Provo Locksmith Store for helping out of a tight spot! I was getting ready for an interview at a firm that I’d always dreamt of getting into. I’ve been planning this day for weeks, my files were all organized and locked up in the car trunk, my clothes ironed out, my leather shoes shined and my car sent for a tune up. But despite my meticulous planning, fate had other plans. After arriving at the venue, when I tried to open up the trunk, it just wouldn’t budge. The lock was jammed shut and all my files, my resume, my portfolio was locked up in it. It was the worst nightmare ever! I couldn’t believe I’d let an amateur fool around and waste my time! Wish I’d just called Provo Lock And Locksmith in the first place. Phenomenal services. And all the technicians have great practical experience! It took Mark minutes to fix the damage done by the other guy and get my lock working without a hitch! Will I call them again? DEFINITELY!!! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Provo Locksmith Store on 801-934-3156 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Provo Locksmith Store, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Provo, UT! Here goes my first ever negativity-free review: Provo Locksmith Store was nothing short of perfect, and being the insane critic that I am, it stumped me when I came to realize that Provo Locksmith Store just didn’t have any flaws. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Provo Locksmith Store and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.
