Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Salt Lake City, UT (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith is the BEST in Salt Lake City, UT!!! Call them up - 801-820-4238 - I’m sure you’ll love their service!!!

I needed help with setting up a new smart lock on my front door. After an impressive advert lured me into buying the lock, I was left struggling to make sense of the instructions and install it. So, I called Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Turns out, it wasn’t authentic, but only a cheap imitation and showed me the real version of the lock. I could clearly make out the difference. I wasn’t going to risk the security of my property for anything and asked Dave to install the genuine version. Wish I’d purchased the lock from Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith in the first place and hadn’t wasted my money on a fake. If you’re a stickler for quality, they’re the best in Salt Lake City, UT! My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation.

Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Salt Lake City Advantage Locksmith )
