I wasn’t sure how well they’d perform, since it was the first time I was hiring Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith. I needed the locks rekeyed and the usual guy I hire was out of town. Let me put it this way: If I’d known about them earlier, I would have never considered hiring anyone else. Very professional, quick, friendly and affordable! From the manner in which they handled my call to the completion of the task, I could notice perfection in it all. From now on, Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith is my go-to locksmith in Salt Lake City , UT 84103 and I bet you can’t find anyone better!

I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith first, in future endeavors!

AMAZING service that goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. WOW... How AWESOME would it be if other businesses were half as GOOD, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and HONEST as Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith of Salt Lake City , UT. Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. Our front door and home are forever changed by the AMAZING service from an AWESOME business Owner, Mr. David! Thank you, Sir; your services and honesty are truly appreciated, not to mention, refreshing!

Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. Also he said I can keep the test key with me for free which can open the door but not start the engine. I am so grateful for this. Thanks! Thank you, Jason! After months of no results for my coop management office fixing my faulty street-level front door lock, I called Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith. Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, Salt Lake City Elite Locksmith had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.
