I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. It was becoming quite a hassle and I needed someone to get a key made at a cheap price. Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away. Talk about quick and responsive service - Portland Star Locksmith is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price.
