There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. I couldn’t afford any more delays. I’d already waited 3 hours for a technician to arrive and get the spare keys made. I decided to cancel out on the firm I’d hired and called Beaverton Lock & Locksmith instead. From the point of placing my call to using the newly crafted keys, it took less than an hour! My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation.

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Beaverton Lock & Locksmith )

Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Beaverton, OR. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Beaverton Lock & Locksmith was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Beaverton Lock & Locksmith and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.
