Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Paterson, NJ. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

My property in Paterson, NJ 07522 was broken into recently. Well, it wasn’t exactly a break-in, because the locks were still intact. Someone had used a key to gain access and I could find a few items missing and moved out of place. I’d handed out keys to the babysitter who worked at my place earlier, the gardener and a bunch of other people and I didn’t exactly know who was behind it. Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Paterson Lock & Door for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Paterson, these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two. High quality on-location service at low prices – I couldn’t ask for more. Given the prompt and professional service, I was impressed and will likely use them again to fix a deadbolt lock that needs to be remounted.
