Another great job by Berry & CJ owners of Kountry Fresh Septic. As requested, they came out and relocated our electrical box from above ground to below ground where it is tucked out of the way and protected from damage. During the relo of the box Berry discovered that the valve that controls the water pressure to the septic field was turned all the way open for maximum pressure. No doubt yet another oversight from the septic company that installed our system when the house was built. After thoroughly explaining the valves function he turned it down to the proper head pressure for the type and distance of our septic field. This will ensure optimum performance and longivety of the septic field going forward. Berry also checked the sludge levels for each tank and checked the alarm float. The entire job was quick, professional, and thorough. Kountry Fresh is an exceptionally well managed family owned and operated company that have met and exceeded my expectations from the first time I used them.
