Chronic pain management is a challenge we meet with skill and compassion. The approach used, obviously depends upon the source of the pain. Since Los Gatos Massage Therapy opened its doors July of 2002, our focus has been; chronic pain management, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation. We have much success using personalized massage techniques and tailoring specific instruction in stretching and strengthening to improve client’s results. This combination of services enhances the benefits of their massage, saving time and money. It more importantly improves client performance and comfort in their daily lives and athletic events. Pain Management Chronic pain management is a challenge we meet with skill and compassion. The approach used, obviously depends upon the source of the pain. We have had much success with conditions such as; migraine headache, fibromyalgia, scar tissue from old injuries, arthritis and many other conditions. Athletic Performance We work in association and share a facility with Viking Performance Chiropractic. The owner, Dr. Tore Gustafsson, is a three time Olympic athlete. CryoTherapy Whole body CryoTherapy is the process of exposing a large portion of a person’s skin to extreme cold temperatures for short periods; usually two to three minutes. This triggers the body’s natural metabolic and circulatory responses resulting in several significant long term medical and cosmetic benefits. We have a deep bench of resources to assess your situation and get you on the right path to improved performance, which saves you time, money and pain. Injury Rehabilitation We accept most types of personal injury insurance, some health insurance plans. If you have been in an accident we can facilitate healing by providing guidance and re-educating to your soft tissues as they recover.
