We provide Counseling to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens in Camas, East Vancouver and the surrounding areas Healing for Individuals and Relationships At Lacamas Counseling we seek to bring healing, restoration, and peace to the individuals, couples, and families that we encounter. We believe that no one should have to face life’s problems alone, so we provide support to our clients as well as try to build and restore the relationships in our clients’ lives. Healthy, Friendly Counselors We believe that who we are as people is the key to our healing relationships with our clients. Our counselors are friends as well as colleagues. We personally challenge each other to stay emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthy. This allows us to continue in the work that we love and provide the best possible care to our clients. Professional and Competent Our counselors are fully-trained, professional, and licensed or registered to practice in the state of Washington. Each counselor was required to complete their bachelor’s and master’s degrees, including professional internships and training opportunities under the supervision of trained and licensed counseling supervisors. In addition to completing the necessary requirements for licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, some counselors continued to meet additional requirements for other licenses or specializations. We maintain professionalism and competence through colleague consultation, networking with community partners, and continuing education.
