If I could give zero stars, I would. Came to to the door and refused to see 93 yo client because of his age! Explained no one was ill, but she just said she was too concerned about her own health being a high risk health group. Informed that this would have been helpful to know when we made the appt several hours prior when we could have selected another mobile notary. I'm sure this client had more to risk from this mobile notary, but all this information was disclosed prior to making appt, very rude, irresponsible, unprofessional. Everyone had masks etc, no excuse.
