SimiPlex Technologies was founded by Avrohom Gottheil, of Spring Valley New York, with a mission to simplify customer’s needs through innovative, out of the box solutions, and unparalleled, excellent, customer service. Prior to establishing SimiPlex, Avrohom Gottheil worked for Avaya for seven years; first, as a software engineer, and then as a Pre-Sales Engineer. During his time as a software engineer, Avrohom developed and deployed complex application for major corporations. Avrohom’s major accomplishments ranged from a workforce management application for a major tobacco company in Virginia, to a disaster recovery application for a Major New York City Investment Banking and Securities Firm. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, Avrohom managed the Northeast territory, supporting Avaya Business Partners from a technical perspective. In 2003, he was awarded the Avaya SMBS Group Award for outstanding achievement. In 1997, Avrohom wrote an IVR system for a New Jersey based tele-communications firm. This IVR system is currently running at hundreds of customer locations throughout the world.
