On my wedding day she delivered half dying flowers that were turning brown and broken boutonnieres that didn't even make it through the ceremony. The 2 mothers corsages didn't make it past cocktail hour. She tried using silk petals that were clearly labeled for the venue to use on either side of the aisle to cover up her mistake of forgetting the flowers for the copper lanterns I provided weeks prior that she was contracted for. When confronted she tried blaming the missing flowers on her granddaughter that was helping her. Very unprofessional and rather than do what she was contracted to do, she went to the local craft store and got cheap plastic flowers and stuck them to the copper lanterns which caused damage to them. I sent her pictures as requested OVER 2 WEEKS AGO and am still waiting for a refund of the money paid for her sub-standard product and breach of contract. I've already reported her to the BBB but she refuses contact now and will not make this right. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
