Not recommended to do business with this company. I purchased a 5-piece bedroom set to be used for a nursery. Once received, every single piece was damaged or had defects. I filed a report with Appliances Connection the very next day, less than 24 hours of finding these damages. It took a week and me calling several times before I received an actual response which was them putting the blame on me because I did not have the shipping company stand for 6 hours and watch me unpack and inspect every piece I ordered. I was unpacking all this furniture alone and inspecting it very carefully, which did take me 6 hours to do. The shipping company was hovering over me and rushing me to sign for the delivery so they can leave so I barely had enough time to review the boxes condition and open the tops of some of the boxes. Regardless, the merchandise had either been damaged during shipping or contained manufacturer defects. I told them I wanted to return the entire shipment. They said I could do so but "on my own". They are not taking any accountability for the products they sell. They want me to ship it back to them at my own cost. I do not agree that I should have to pay to return damaged goods. I purchased these items new, I expect them to be free of damage/defects. They are clearly not, so I want to return them for a full refund, with Appliances Connection covering the return shipping as they should. They have been rude and lie to me so they can pass on the responsibility they have.

Do not at all costs do business with this company! There service is terrible!!! You may think your saving money but you will wait months for what you ordered! Absolutely terrible company, they own a&m trucking there delivery company and there pulling a huge scam on people!

NO, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND PUT THE CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SHAME TO PUT IT MILDLY
