Solutions by Text, was formed in 2008 to identify and streamline communication efficiencies in the PDL / Rent to Own industries. With a solid foundation of understanding the need to communicate with customers through text messaging, SBT has advanced their business model to include utility companies, the medical billing industry and self-storage industry. Sending billing reminders, communicating special offers, attempting to collect on past due bills or just wishing a client happy birthday, via text messaging, benefits any company desiring to Communicate the Way They Do. Simply put, if your company currently sends billing statements, marketing fliers, or any other form of communication via mail, it's time to offer an eco-friendly, economical and efficient communication alternative: text messaging. Solutions by Text reduces the cost associated with communicating through "snail-mail" and provides real-time delivery.
