They are really courteous and friendly...offering up information and were almost ready to give me a tour of the whole building. Long story short, I want to also add that the furniture is awesome! Very unique style, with lush fabrics and colors, and the comfort of a fine furniture store.

The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly didn't push hard to make a sale just listen to me in what i wanted and was looking for. This is what I call good customer service, the furniture does not look cheap, but rather well made and elegant. i was very impressed!!

Honestly, we were incredibly happy with the customer service we received both of the times we shopped here.
