We were referred to Steve Marchand who came highly recommended. He visited our home within a couple of days and explained the issues with the roof. He took photos to show us as well. He was very clear in describing the problem and told us in detail what he would need to do to replace the roof which included repairing some of the plywood as well. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Within a couple of days, he arrived with a large crew and replaced the roof in less than one day. The crew did an excellent job of protecting our property and cleaning up afterwards as well. The price for the work was what we expected - no surprises. As part of the process, he collected damaged shingles, took photos and prepared paperwork to aid us in applying for compensation for the original roof. This roof had been installed thirteen years prior by another contractor and the shingles used were unexpectedly faulty. This application was done in a timely manner and he kept us informed of the process. I would recommend him to anyone. He did an excellent job in all aspects. If you need a new roof, you should definitely contact Steve Marchand!
