A quaint coffeehouse and general store located in the vicinity of the acclaimed Saint Vincent College.
Nestled beneath the Laurel Mountains, Saint Vincent College established ground in 1846 by a Benedictine community led by Boniface Wimmer. As the college and seminary grew, the needs of the people grew. In 1854, the Benedictines built the Saint Vincent Gristmill where they ground flour. The Gristmill still grinds flour, but also houses a General Store and a gourmet Coffeehouse. The General Store sells the flour ground in the mill and also sells bread baked with Gristmill flour.
