Ma Dao Martial Arts is a merging of various styles made up to be one system. Ma Dao Martial Arts, is a complete system of fighting which focuses on correct body mechanics for ultimate power generation and economy of motion in close combat, including striking, kicking, grappling and breaking techniques. It strengthens your mind and your body and teaches Discipline, Respect and Honor. We have kids classes and adults classes. We teach Self Defense for the streets for men, women, and children. We also have a Fitness program to help put and keep people in shape.
