I cannot speak any higher about Danmer Shutters’ service. The gentleman who came out for the final measurements was so nice, he had premier customer service, and he also come out to do the installation. He was very personable. He did his job. He would have a little conversation if I asked him something, but did his job and did it well.

Holy moly these shutters came out perfect. Custom made just for our home to match our windows and paint and stuff. That is not easy to do because we have about a 100 year old house with adobe walls and deep set windows that are adobe too. If you need really custom shutters from the number one shutter company with their own factory then you need to call Danmer Custom Shutters in Thousand Oaks not those other companies that import their stuff that is really cheap looking and will fall apart in 2 years.

It took me a whole year to finally decide to get custom shutters on my windows and after shopping around comparing different manufacturers, I would not recommend any other company but Danmer in Thousand Oaks. The sales person was very knowledgeable and suggested the plantation shutters with a larger panel to keep out more of the heat / sunlight. They were right on target and I am at peace in my home which is a lot cooler.
