This person has paranoid delusions that proximity to cell phones causes them physical harm and causes cancer. They'll demand you leave your phone in your car and will scan you with a device to check for signals. If you have a phone on you, they'll stop the cut in the middle and charge you full price and make you leave while having a fit claiming they're suddenly in pain. They claimed not giving a little boy his desired cut and making him leave was "Karma". This is totally unprofessional and erratic behavior.
