Northeast Ohio 4x4 is a club dedicated to safe and legal off road driving. Our main purpose is to provide a group whereby off road enthusiasts can meet and practice their hobby with like-minded people in the Northeast Ohio area. We welcome all who are interested in the fun and challenge of the off road hobby and are willing to adhere to the policies of NEO4x4. We strive to maintain a family friendly club. All 4x4 vehicles are welcome to join.
