Last year I was getting quotes foe new gutters and gutter guards. I received a few quotes and when Aris came to my house he said, I want your business and will beat your other quotes. I specifically told him I needed the guards because I didn't want to have someone come out every year to clean out my gutters, especially from the helicopters. He assured me the gutter guards he would use would be maintenance free. He did a nice job on my gutters, they look great but the gutter guards are loaded with helicopters, and this was my main reason for getting the guards. I sent Aris a text and told him my situation. I didn't hear back from him. I decided a few weeks later to call from my work phone and he answered. He asked me to send him a copy of my contract, which I did, and the only reply I got from him was, I'm not sure what to tell you. And I haven't heard from him since. I paid good money for his services and was mis-lead because he wanted the job. I couldn't be more disappointed. I spent good money for a product he assured me would be maintenance free and he won't even stand behind his word. It's a terrible way to do business Aris!!
