I am extremely disappointed in this company - On March 12, I had a new garage door installed - the following day it would not work - there were some wires hanging down and the door would not go up and down - the motor is fairly new and had worked just fine on the door they replaced which was made of wood and much heavier - I called and explained my problem, was told someone would be there Saturday, called again and was told someone would be there Monday, called Tuesday and was promised that it would be taken care of today - all these phone calls were to the owner, Tom Johnson - as of 6:00 p.m. tonight, no one has showed up, no phone calls, nothing - I'm just wondering how many other people have been deceived by this company - they try to get you to spend an additional $130 to "service" your garage door opener and motor - I told them I didn't need that as the motor worked perfectly - sounds like they purposely left something undone to ensure the new door didn't work so that they could come back out and charge that fee - I would definitely not recommend this company - every time I talked to Tom I asked if he needed the phone number and/or address and he always told me he didn't need it as he could find it in a database - if that's true, why not at least a courtesy call?
