We teach children and adults, men and women physical education through Tae Kwon-Do.
Our goal here at Smith's Tae Kwon-Do Academy is to teach children and adults physical and mental training as well as respect. We focus on teaching our students discipline and have helped a number of troubled kids in our community get back on track. Under the instruction of Master Freddie R. Smith students will learn a number of self-defense techniques, improve their stamina, and improve their overall well being.
