Overcharged for work done even though they said the amount they did was "negligible". Acted unprofessionally and when I wanted to get things straightened out over the phone, I was told we could go to arbitration ($1000) or hire a lawyer. Cocky, bullies, threatening. Yuck. Steer clear.I worked with Melissa Mason and Verna.
