I had some Networking issues after purchasing the switch, server and several workstations from a highly recommended computer vendor. We went with this company as thye were in Pittsburgh, so they were local. Eveything was setup and appeared to be running ok. Then about 2 weeks later, the server ctashed and we had no E mails or internet services. We contacted our vendor and they told us it would be about 4 hours before anyone could help us. We went through the local phone book and carpathian systems was the first one we saw. We called and they sent one of their techs out and had us up and running againin less than 2 hours. So we opted to give the extended service contract to them as opposed to our regular vendor because they got the job done fast, and made us feel important.
