Lil dragon's ages 4 thru 6. We teach the basics of martial arts, such as stances hand strikes an kicks. Ages 7 thru adults we teach forms self defense and physical fittness. We teach adults a more agressive style of self defense. We offer weapons training in bow, kamas, sai, nunchucks. To thoses who are black belts only we offer sword training.
