Sly Entertainment Records came from a big city on June 2, 1992. Philly! We create, release music and market other industry Clients in Entertainment. Sly Entertainment Records came from a big city on June 2, 1992. Philly! As the doors opened as a home based bizz, the contracts came flowing in. The label was involved with more concert promotions than production at the time. It was part of the over all plan. After heavy contacts were made in 1995, from concert promotions and proper presentations at music conferences , Sly Entertainment Records started producing. As the fine street art of finding talent commenced, William G. Schley Sr. aka Bad Boy Billy Sly was hosting recruitment for One Step Before Stardom in New York. The showcases paid off. After success in all kinds of careers, the owner, Billy Sly started a trail of success with his label.
