We had an absolutely incredible experience with Emerald Valley Mortgage this past spring! We refinanced two houses with Tiffany. Each one had some unconventional issues to contend with. In addition, we were up against a very tight timeline. Our bank told us it couldn't be done. Tiffany wrote letters to lenders, made phone calls, put in long hours and managed to get us great rates on both houses. She even sat through both closings, noticing details that would have escaped us. Tiffany is hardworking, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with!
