Not worth the money. If you have a problem, you will be subjected to poor customer service. You would believe, based upon their customer service, that Squeaky Clean was the only cleaning service available. We had them clean two houses in two days. One house we had juts moved from, and it was empty. The other house is the house to which we moved and it was occupied. The good news is they did a pretty good job on the vacant house. Of course with what it cost, I expect the job to be good and thorough. Our new house was a different story. When the cleaners arrived we were told that 1 cleaner was training two other cleaners. They did a poor job-for what it cost-at cleaning our home. Cleaner was sprayed on surfaces and never wiped off. Soft Scrub was applied to the bathtubs and just left without any cleaning. The rugs in the bathrooms were not cleaned. Honestly, it was the type of cleaning I would expect from my teens. Televisions and other surfaces were cleaned with some sort of cleaner that left crazy streaks. To top it off, they billed me extra for the cleaning (they explained that it took longer than expected). After we complained, they did refund the extra charge and offered to have someone come the next day to "finish the job". Of course we had already gone behind them and "finished the job". After being disatisfied with the first experience, I brought my concerns to the owner and I am happy to report that I came home today to a beautiful, CLEAN home! They more than made up for it! I'm very pleased with the professionalism they showed.
