Power Team Fitness Pro's is adding "Pro Power Boot-Camp" to our arsenal of fitness options. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goal Pro Power Boot-Camps, Boot-camps dedicated to the beginner and intermediate exerciser. These Boot-Camps not only help get you in-shape, loss-weight, tone, and feel better they also teach you functional movements that you do everyday. I like to instruct my clients on safe and effective everyday living. Every client also gets the weeks exercises in advance to look over, or use at home as needed. I am offering a diet analysis to all my clients that are interested in improving their diet, without the normal hard to follow extremes. Stay Pumped, Positive, and let's get in shape!
