Took our Buick in for oil change, was told one year old belt was worn. Had it replaced just in case, they didn't loosen motor mounts as required only removed one mount and forced motor up 3 inches to replace belt resulting in back motor mount to be bent. They couldnt figure out why entire car shook when they were done. While they were bumbling around the car they put it on the lift and missed the frame bending the fender. We had to take it to Lear Moters to figure out the bent motor mount. They sent us to Vinnys collision to have fender fixed, when they found out how much, they stopped answering calls. We filed in court and they refuse certified mail. Have to hire a process server now. Stand behind what we do, what a joke. Worst repair shop ever!!!!!
