I am selling my home and needed it inspected. I called several services and this was the one that offered the best price and were available the next day. Brian, the owner, personally did my inspection. He was courteous, friendly and proffessional. He took time to answer my questions and did an exceptionally thorough job. I understand that he also does carpet cleaning and because of my experience with the inspection, I intend to call him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. I would highly reccommend him and his company. Overall it was so much more stress free than I had anticipated.
