I hired Chuck Gatton to inspect fireplaces in our new home. The inspection occurred on 8/19/2019. He inspected 9 fireplaces and I paid $950 in full that day. At that point I also asked for a proposal for any repairs that he recommended. After numerous emails asking for the report and the proposal, I have yet to receive any written report for the $950 paid almost 4 months ago. Extremely unprofessional at the very least.
