Just finished my home inspection with Stephan. All I can say is outstanding! When I first made the appointment with Michelin, I was a little nervous because this is all happening so fast and did not want to make a mistake finding a good company. My realtor suggested someone which I could of used, but I have ZERO regrets using Alliance Home Inspections. Stephan took the time and explained everything to me which made me very comfortable about my purchase. Even my real estate agent said she wishes that more inspectors should be like Stephan.
