Only one star because it won't let me leave 0 stars. What kind of "utility" company only works or answers the phone till noon on weekdays? And after paying them over $900, we still have no water and all our neighbors around us have told us that it hardly ever works right. They charged ME for a new meter install because SOMEONE ELSE turned on the water before we even lived there so they pulled that meter. I get that. But if I'm paying you OVER $900 JUST TO TURN THE WATER ON, I expect it to be on and work properly. We have a five year old and my wife works as a hairdresser from a salon on the property. We aren't able to do anything there because there is no water. This is the sorriest excuse of a utility company that I've ever seen.
