A colleague and I visited Flawless Day Spa to celebrate our birthdays just yesterday. We were very disappointed in their services; however, that was only the beginning of the horrific experience. Here is a literal cut and paste of my email to the owner, and her response jointly emailed to me and my colleague, who also emailed the owner separately after I spoke with the owner by phone. Note my email to the owner was IN RESPONSE to an email from the spa to me asking for feedback and public reviews! This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Massage with body exfoliation with Tonya was AMAZING. I was so relaxed when I left the spa and my skin was so soft. Facial and body wrap with Wendy also great. I purchased a combo facial, body wrap and massage from Groupon which made the services very affordable. They offer glass of wine before services which is a nice treat.

I have enjoyed every visit to Flawless Day Spa. Had a massage with Stephanie yesterday and she was great - give her a try. Wendy is lovely and so is her Spa, which is very conveniently located across from University Mall. Great spot for a "girls night out" or "mother/daughter" treat. LG

Thumbs up to Flawless Day Spa. I had a wonderfully relaxing Swedish massage With Stephanie yesterday. Today my shoulders and neck feel more relaxed than they have in months. She asked what areas needed special attention and I told her my shoulders. Stephanie has a wonderful touch and powerful hands that really get into the muscles and massage them. I like the atmosphere at the spa too. The room was very clean, the linens smelled wonderful and the music was perfectly relaxing. I'll definitely be going back!

AWESOME spa!!!! This was my first visit and Wendy and Patty were terrific. The spa is easy to find and very peaceful and attractive. Wendy was great, even with my sensitive skin. No abnormal redness the next day. Thanks!!! JK
