HORRIBLE! The owners don't care about anything except money. They hire just about anybody and don't care about how well the job is done as long as she's got the check in her pocket. I worked for Lisa's for over a year and constantly told her how my coworkers slacked, literally sweeping dirt under the rug, and disrespecting clients homes. I've known plenty of her employees to completely SKIP a whole room, not even set foot in it but claim they cleaned it. A good portion of Lisa's employees do NOT pay attention to detail or take pride in their work as Lisa says. I've seen plenty of girls FACETIMING while cleaning a house, making the job take twice as long. I was one of the only girls who cared but Lisa fired me. If you're going to hire Lisa? Check behind every worker and make sure you know who's cleaning your house. If you're going to work for Lisa? Get everything in writing because she likes to take away PROMISED paid vacations and change the rules every week! Lisa has FAVORITES! Some girls can get away with slacking, while others, like me, are fired for bringing the slack to their attention. I came to work ready to get the job done right the first time, I never slacked and never left a house unsatisfied with my work. I was a great worker and did not deserve everything Lisa has put me through. As much as I wanted to scream at her, I didn't. Oh wait but another one of her employees did yet STILL has her job! Lisa lets ANYTHING slide in her company, except when you call her out!
