Polar Bear installed my air conditioning and replaced my vents in the attic. The quote was much lower than the other 2 companies I had out. Vanessa gave me a quote by email and then came out to my home. The price was exactly the same. Vanessa, was very knowledgeable. I found out about Polar Bear heating and air conditioning company in the OC register. I first looked at their reviews which were all good and so I called them. They were very nice and not pushy at all. They gave me a qupte over the telephone and I liked the price and when they came to my home the price was actually lower than the original quote. My husband and I decided to hire them to do the work. This company deserves 5 stars We were 100% happy with everything. If you need air conditioning or heating call them. You will be glad you did.

I needed to have a full change out on my old tired A/C and furnace. After speaking to a few different HVAC companies, then talking to Vanessa, I knew she was the one. When I spoke with Vanessa on the phone the first time, I felt very comfortable with her experience and her honesty. She stop by later that day and gave me an excellent price with top of the line equipment. Five days later the equipment was delivered and her installers were at my condo taking care of business. Her installers were very knowledgeable, very professional, answered all my questions and concerns about the new system, and how to maintain it properly.
