I ordered some of their "Baby Shower Favors" from New York for a baby shower of my friends. Sparkle Diaper Cakes had them delivered in an appropriate time frame, and the Hersheys chocolate that was inside was intact!! Not melted! Which was great. I have refered Sparkle DC to several friends here in the upper east side of manhattan.
Great local norfolk business if you ask me.
