I was in need of a new car a little while back. I did some research on some sites and I visited the website for AutoNation Ford in Union City. I was researching Fusions. Mark Cain called me very quickly after I submitted my request for information. He was very courteous on the phone and made me feel comfortable about visiting a dealership. He had a vehicle pulled up to the door waiting for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. The price was perfect. After the way I was treated with respect and honesty, I had to say yes. The deal was great. The finance department was great. And we were in and out relatively quickly. AutoNation Ford Lincoln has a customer for life here.

He fully explained every nuance of the Escape, even how the back up camera worked. He took great care of me making sure I was comfortable with the whole buying process.
