My experience with the company happened when I was searching the CO. Craigslist for a used HID grow light and there I seen an add so I called the phone # and after I explained what I had for a tent, and the rest of my equipment that is when their Rep. asked me if I ever thought of using the LED Grow Light System, well I explained that I'm from the old school and that I had no Idea how to use them, so this sales person took his time and explained how they work and the money I can save in the long run. I still came away skeptical but thought to give them a try, my purchase was a UFO LED and followed his directions that he gave me and if I had any questions to give him a call, that I did several times! Mostly by email,( Thank You Chris!!!) I became a believer in LED lighting because the end product was all I could ask for!!! I was so satisfied that I am happy to say that I just purchased my 2nd. UFO LED that's a 225w Powered by 75pcs. Cree 3 watt bulbs under a lens cover that also directs the light to it's area. I've been told that a new line of lights were on the way and some have arrived. These LED's have to be seen so I highly recommended that you just take a few minutes and take a look!!! If you have any questions give them a call. The reason I have not upgraded to the new style is simply I'm very happy growing with the UFO style. But I guarantee that when I need to upgrade the only place I'll use is New And Used Grow Lights, their service and knowledge is a 5 STAR Rating
