This is an UNLICENSED business. Justin Humphries served divorce papers for me and it was rejected by the court because he is not licensed or certified. I'm beyond angry! He falsely claimed to be a court official and there is no record of him ever being appointed as a process server by a judge or court. I can't find any educational credentials that proves hes a paralegal. With the way he spells and talks, I'm now pretty confident he isn't even a paralegal. What accredited school did he attend? Manta needs to double check this guy's credentials and find out what accredited school he got a paralegal degree from! The only thing true is that he's a notary public. Anyone over the age of 18 who doesn't have a criminal records can become a notary public to witness people sign a document. Is he even a High School graduate?
