I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.I went in for a root canal that should never of been done on a wisdom tooth.The cap she put on fell off after a couple of weeks.

Negative experience.Galaxy Dental Dr. Zhana Krasyuk Dentist Beyer Dental, LTD. 1532 West Lake Cook Rd, Wheeling 60090 I scheduled an appointment for 78 years old disabled lady (Valentina Fateyeva) on Friday August 7th at 11:00. We came 5-7 minutes earlier. Valentina’s been scheduled to try her removable dentures for a first time at 11:00. The dentures were approved by Medicaid and were ready to try it on. We had to wait for almost an hour for technician Dimitrii to come to the office. Patient is 78 years old lady. She is also disabled. She is scared of dentist, she had a long trip to the office and she was waiting for an hour without any explanations what is going on. She had a panic attack. Technician Dimitrii was not only an hour late, but did not even try to apologize. The same situation was in an office ‘No one tried to say why we had to wait for an hour, no one tried to explain while we were waiting the reason for the delay. The elder lady got very nervous and tired. Technician Dimitrii after been an hour late instead of apology to an elder lady was extremely rude showed aggressive and negative attitude. He asked if she is a Medicaid patient, I said yes .He replied in a very rude way:’ I’m not going to treat Medicaid patient.’ When I tried to ask WHY, he told me in a very bad manner words…’You are not a client, go away from the office.’ I was very upset because I’m her guardian.
