Helping ordinary, everyday people solve ordinary, everyday problems and issues, using hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Using the power of hypnosis, I help people quit smoking, lose weight, improve your self confidence, reduce stress and help you manage stress better, improve your sleep, improve your athletic performance, improve your academic performance including test taking, help eliminate your fears (test taking, fear of success, fear of failure), help you set your goals and put the habits in place to achieve them. I'll teach you self-hypnosis so that you can maintain the motivation after our sessions. Start with a single session of 90 minutes for an indepth consultation and introduction to the power of hypnosis to help you engage your next horizons. Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and weekend days, by appointment only.
