Fred gave a fairly reasonable estimate to install a new water heater, which he stuck to even though he went the extra step to shore up the plywood platform on which the heater sat. Plus the area around the heater in the garage of this rental unit was quite crowded with the tenants 'stuff' so it wasn't the most pleasant situation to move around in to remove the old heater and bring in the new. He also hauled away the old heater for us at no charge (but I gave him a small gratuity for that anyway). Cudos to Fred!
