I am a Finance student at The Robert H. Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland and was lucky enough to be able to take Mr. Rinaldi’s class in Futures, Options, and Derivatives. He was one few teachers that I have had that was able to bring in real world experience from his senior consultant position at Quantum Financial Advisors. He is extremely personable, easy to get along with, and even works throughout the whole semester to find his students jobs. I even had the pleasure of attending the Barron’s Art of Investing Conference, an event that students normally aren’t even invited to, because of Mr. Rinaldi. Mr. Rinaldi has continued to help me advance my passion for finance by offering me an internship position at Quantum Financial Advisors. I continue to see Mr. Rinaldi’s dedication, hard work ethic, and passion for what he does every time I come into work.

I took Mr. Rinaldi's Futures and Options course during my senior year of college at the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, after which he offered me an internship. this experience has proven invaluable as he has given me the opportunity to trade Quantum Financial Advisors' funds at my own discretion, something almost no one my age has the chance to do.

I am an engineering student at the Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland. I wanted to learn about investing and money management. I received the opportunity to intern at QFA, and it was a great experience. What I learned far surpassed what I thought I would learn. The employees are very welcoming. I really enjoyed my experience, and am considering to switch my major to Finance.

I am math and econ student at the University of Maryland. I have always had a passion for learning about financial markets and about investments since a young age. QFA offered me a position as an intern. The internship has allowed me to pursue my passion and also gave me the opportunity to learn from financial advisors who have a lot of experience. I highly recommend QFA if your looking to start investing.

I am an Economics student at the University of Maryland. This summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Quantum Financial Advisors. Throughout the internship I was introduced to new financial concepts and terms that deepened my understanding in capital markets. I helped the President of QFA translate a book he wrote on Alternative Assets from English to Spanish and it will soon be advertised in Cuba. This is a great internship opportunity for students because the managers invite interns to networking events and help their interns advance professionally. Overall, the work environment is welcoming and the staff is very helpful and kind.

The company is metro accessible. Time is flexible and depends on your schedule. Also can work from home if you are not able to come. Diversified research projects and really beneficial if you want to gain more experience in finance. Good network opportunities.

I'm an Econ major at UMD looking to get more experience in the financial services industry. I worked as an intern here for a semester and it was great. The work schedule was very flexible and the location is very manageable for UMD students. I learned a lot about the day-to-day operations of an advisory firm, and gained experience in sales/marketing, financial research, and investment strategy. Mr. Rinaldi is a great connection to have, and knows a lot about the industry, running a business, and the next steps to take to be successful. He's even taking the office on a fishing trip in a couple weeks too!

As a finance intern here, Mr. Rinaldi and my supervisor really took the time to make sure I had the most positive & educational experience. I would recommend an internship for those seeking to gain insight, knowledge and tools for a finance.

I am currently a student at University of Maryland planning to major in Finance. I was given the opportunity to intern at Quantum Financial Advisors during the Fall semester. Since then, I have continuously learned about how a financial services company operates and gained some knowledge about the financial markets as well. This experience has been amazing. Furthermore, everybody in the office is kind and the ambiance makes you feel very comfortable.
