We still have not received our recital DVD's from the 2012-13 dance recitals (2 of them) despite repeated attempts to get them from Ms. Bass. In turn, SHE has made no attempt to refund our money. She will not release the names of the videographers who have the footage so the parents can go to them ourselves. Not only very disappointed, but this is borderline criminal - theft of our property and money, and absolutely no character.
